Small-to-Medium Enterprise Turnkey Solution

One Partner Builds, Hosts and Runs It

Your system built, hosted and kept running by one team, with one page, the handover sheet, that says who holds every key to it.

All in: Gravita builds, hosts and runs the system for you.

For businesses with no IT team that want a working system and one number to call. Any custom application, AI assistant or business website with email can be delivered this way.

If you already have an IT team or your own hosting, Build and Deploy or Build and Hand Over will usually cost you less. Ways to Work with Gravita

Gravita Hosts

Your system runs in Gravita's cloud account, and the server bill is part of what Gravita charges, as set out in your itemised quote. Easiest for you.

In Your Own Account

A cloud account is opened in your company's name and you pay the server bill directly; Gravita runs it with the access you give. Nothing to move if you ever leave.

Ways to Work That Suit You

Turnkey Solution Ongoing Support

Problems Turnkey Is Made For

  1. Opening

No one to call when it stops.

The system will not open this morning; the freelancer who built it has moved on and nobody knows how it runs.

  2. Midday

    Many vendors, no single owner.

A payment fails at the till; hosting, the app, email and payments each have a vendor, and each blames another.

  3. Closing

Security and bills left to chance.

Updates are skipped, a former cashier can still log in, and the domain and certificate lapse because they were paid on a staff member's personal card.

  4. Night

    Backups nobody has tested.

Data is copied somewhere every night, but no one has ever tried to restore it.

Any day: rules nobody has checked. PSE registration, UU PDP duties and data location may apply, and nobody has looked.

Everything Included

Everything in Custom Application or AI Solution, plus the running of it.

Your Address on the Internet

  • Your domain name and its settings.
  • A security certificate (the padlock in the browser) that renews itself.
  • Email the app sends, such as password resets and order confirmations.

Keeping It Safe

  • Hosting for the app and its database, in Indonesia unless agreed otherwise.
  • Storage for files and photos.
  • Daily automatic backups in a separate location, with a restore tested before launch.
  • Access limited to the people who need it.

Keeping It Running

  • A release process that tests every update before it reaches you, with a way back.
  • Monitoring with alerts to a named person.
  • After launch, the running of your system is priced in your quote: fixes, small changes, updates, security patches, backups and the server bill.
  • A check of whether your system must register as a PSE, and help to register.

Examples of Systems Run for a Business

Example: A Bakery Chain with Five Outlets in Malang

The Situation
The owner wants one ordering and stock system and has no IT staff.
What We Would Deliver
The system built and hosted in Indonesia, with daily backups, and run by Gravita.
What Would Change
One partner and one number to call.

Example: A Motorcycle Parts Wholesaler in Medan

The Situation
The previous developer left, and the old app runs on a server nobody can log into.
What We Would Deliver
The data moved to a new system in an account in the business's own name, then run by Gravita.
What Would Change
The owner holds the keys and has support.

Example: A Training Institute in Jakarta

The Situation
Registration, payments and certificates run on email and spreadsheets.
What We Would Deliver
A registration portal with QRIS payment through a payment provider and certificates, hosted and maintained, with students' data handled under UU PDP.
What Would Change
Staff stop matching transfers by hand.

Example: A Logistics Firm Supplying a Large Corporate Client

The Situation
The client requires data to stay in Indonesia and a security test before launch.
What We Would Deliver
Hosting in an Indonesian data centre, the security test arranged before go live, and the documents the client asks for.
What Would Change
The firm meets its client's rules without its own IT team.

Rules That May Apply to Your System

PSE Registration

A website or app that sells, takes payments or processes customers' personal data for transactions must be registered as a private electronic system operator (PSE) through OSS before it goes live. We check your case and help you register.

Check Whether Your App Must Register as a PSE

Our Role under UU PDP

When Gravita hosts your system, Gravita processes your customers' data on your behalf as a data processor, under a data processing agreement that says what we may do with the data, how it is protected, and how it is returned or deleted. We flag specific personal data, such as health records, children's data or personal financial data, from the design stage.

Personal Data Duties for a Small Business

Where Data May Be Stored

For government bodies and institutions they appoint, PP 71/2019 requires the system and its data to be managed and stored in Indonesia. Private businesses may store data abroad if regulators can still supervise and reach it. We host in Indonesia by default and check your case before quoting.

Questions about Turnkey

What does running the system cover?

Running the system is priced in your quote: hosting and the server bill when Gravita hosts, monitoring, backups, security updates, fixes, small changes and support. Larger new features get their own quote.

What if Gravita stops operating?

Choose hosting in your own account and you already hold everything. If Gravita hosts, the contract gives you the code, the data, the server access and the runbook (the guide to run it).

What if the system goes down?

Monitoring alerts a named person, and your support plan states how fast we respond. Every update can be undone.

How often are backups made?

At least daily, kept in a separate location, with a restore tested before launch and on a schedule after.

Can we move to our own IT team later?

Yes. We hand over the code, the data, the server access and the runbook, and reduce our access to what you choose.

Development Phase

Systems built to one client's order, in five steps.

Operation Phase

After launch, the system needs care to stay useful.

After launch: three months of warranty, then the care below.
